Anthony Eagan

Anthony Eagan

SFI Research Fellow




Tony joined SFI as a research fellow in January of 2020. He has a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Sheffield, an MA in Liberal Arts from St. John's College, and a BA in English from Loyola University. His current research focuses on aesthetics and epistemology. Prior to pursuing his graduate work, he taught high school in The Bronx, NY. He is the author of Kierkegaard’s Concept of the Interesting (Lexington Books), a study of the uses and abuses of modern aesthetics.
